With over three decades of experience spanning business growth strategy, organisational consulting, workforce development and industrial capability building, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the leadership of Endurance Engineers.
Holding a Master of Science in Physics and an MBA in Human Resources, his career combines analytical rigour with a deep understanding of people, operations and organisational performance.
He has worked with leading organisations across the MENA region and international markets, including Qatar Steel, Qatar Gas and Shell USA, with extensive exposure to the oil & gas, steel, manufacturing, engineering and construction sectors.
As Managing Director of Endurance Engineers, he focuses on strategic growth, client partnerships and developing practical solutions that strengthen operational capability, improve performance and create sustainable business value.
